Donate Your Old Glasses to Heights

We are proud to announce that our school district has partnered with Lions International to host donation boxes in the main office of every elementary building.

Since 1925, the Lions have been global leaders in combating vision impairment and hearing loss. By donating items your family no longer uses, you can help provide medical care, education, and life-changing equipment to those in need.

What We Are Collecting:

• Eyeglasses: Gently used prescription glasses, reading glasses, and even unopened contact lenses.
• Hearing Aids: Used hearing aids of any age, brand, or model.

How to Give:

Simply drop your items into the marked Lions Donation Box located in our school’s main office. Your “clutter” could become someone else’s pathway to a clearer world.

We encourage you to use the Lions Club Locator to find a local chapter (College Community School’s local chapter would be the Cedar Rapids Noon Lions Club) that can provide direct community support.
